b'Issue 14 The British School of AmsterdamFrom the PrincipalDear Parents,Pupils and Staff,Welcome to the Autumn edition of The Review. I would like to start this introduction by saying a huge Thank You to The BSA communityparents, pupils and stafffor their warm welcome and generous support during my first few months as the new Principal. It has been wonderful to meet so many pupils, their parents and staff, and learn what they enjoy about The BSA and to understand and support their learning journeys. The BSA community is truly one that is special, filled with joy, care and kindness. I am grateful and honoured to be able to nurture, inspire and empower everyone here. EARLY YEARS ACTIVITIES The positive feedback loop that is in place at The BSAwhere staff engage our pupils and, in turn, our pupils re-engage our staffallows for purposeful and meaningful activities to take place every hour of every day. We are all very proud of our pupils and their many achievements in academic, artistic, physical, technical and social pursuits. The Review highlights some of these from the past term for your enjoyment.MUSIC RECITALS IN THE GLOBE I hope that you have a restful and rejuvenating break and look forward to welcoming you back in January 2023!RUTH SANDERSON, PRINCIPALTHE BRITISH SCHOOL OF AMSTERDAMSENIOR SCHOOLBERLIN TRIP3'
